The eye is the window to the soul.  The raven is meant to represent stepping into someone else's shoes, whilst the cardinal flying out the eye socket represents the freedom one feels when someone else tries to understand them. The bees simply represents the chaos and busyness of what goes on inside ones head when you peel back the layers.
